Violin Wood Pre-Carved “Kit” Item: VLN-PCKIT-0699

This Violin Wood Kit includes “pre-carved” 2-piece back and front, ribs (3-4 pieces), and a neck block. The top, back, neck and ribs you will receive are shown in photos. In addition, the kit includes spruce stock for interior blocks, bassbar, and linings. The top and back were joined using hide glue.  The carving of the front and back is approx. 80-85% complete allowing for final graduation.

All wood is figured European maple (A. pseudoplatanus); or European Spruce (P.abies).  Back, Front, Rib and Neck wood was cut 25+ years ago and originates from Bosnia or Austria.
